Unlike traditional invoicing software, we do not store your sensitive financial data on our servers.

  • Local-Only Storage: Your invoice data, customer lists, and financial figures remain exclusively in your browser's localStorage.
  • No Account Needed: We do not ask for sign-ups, logins, or email addresses to use the generator.
  • Client-Side Rendering: PDF generation happens locally using your device's CPU, not our cloud.

3. Information We Collect Automatically

While we don't store your invoice data, we do collect some technical information:

  • Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to track anonymous visits to improve our site structure. This includes your device type, general location (City/Country), and which pages you visit.
  • Technical Logs: Our hosting environment logs standard items like IP addresses and browser types for security and DDoS protection.

4. Data Security

We protect data in transit using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. However, because your invoice data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data depends on your own device security practices (e.g., locking your computer or clearing browser cache if on a public terminal).

5. Your Data Rights

Under digital privacy laws, you have the right to access or delete your data. Since we never receive your invoice data, you can exercise these rights instantly by clearing your browser's "Site Data" or "Cache".
